**NEW REQUIREMENT** - Please send in a copy of a birth certificate for your player to complete your registration if you have not done so in a previous season. Birth Certificates can be mailed to:

**Recreational players must use credit card option only - NO CHECKS** If a registration has been finalized with a check payment option it will be automatically rejected.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be granted after a player is registered. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to Georgia FC Board of Directors for approval. Please mail requests to Georgia FC, P.O. Box 1413, Snellville, GA 30078.
